Wollex akülü tekerlekli sandalye, jetty akülü sandalye, belmo, meyra, ottobock, ınvacare, permobil her marka ve model akülü sandalyenin tamirinin yanısıra engelli scooter lerin tamirini yapmaktayız. Tamirat sırasında örneğin joystick veya veya akülü sandalyenin motoru arızanın durumuna göre ya onarılır, yada müşterinin tercihine göre orijinal parça yada yan sanayi ürünle değiştirilir.

HANGİ İLLERDE HİZMET VERMEKTEYİZ?

Teknik servisimiz Ankara’da olmasına rağmen izmir, İstanbul, adana, Trabzon kısaca Türkiye’nin 81 ilinden arızalı araçlar anlaşmalı kargo firması tarafından teknik servisimize ulaştırılıp tamiri yapıldıktan sonra aynı şekilde geri gönderilir.

TAMİRAT ÖNCESİ ANLAŞMA KOŞULLARI

Arızalı ürün (akülü sandalye veya tekerlekli sandalye) müşteri temsilcilerimiz aranarak söylenir. Müşteri temsilcilerimiz gelen aramayı teknik servisimizde çalışan alanında uzman sorumluya aktararak arızanın tanımı yapılır, arızanın tanımı yapıldıktan sonra tamirat ücreti ortalama bir rakam olarak müşteriye iletilir. Eğer fiyatta anlaşma sağlanırsa müşteri akülü tekerlekli sandalyesini teknik servisimize gönderir. Teknik servisimize gelen arızalı akülü tekerlekli sandalye teknik ekibimiz tarafından detaylı şekilde incelenerek arızanın tam tespiti yapılır. Arızanın tam tespiti sonrası tekrardan müşteri aranarak olası maliyet hesabı veya varsa değişecek parça bunun orijinal parça ilemi yoksa yan sanayi parça ile değiştirilmesini istedikleri sorulur. Müşterinin isteği doğrultusunda işlem sonuçlanır.

TAMİRAT SONRASI TEST KOŞULLARI

Teknik servisimize gelen akülü sandalye tamir sonrası 2-3 saatlik test sürüşüne tabi tutularak arızanın tam ve eksiksiz olduğu anlaşılınca müşteriye gönderilir.

TAMİRAT SONRASI GARANTİ KOŞULLARI

Teknik servisimize gelen akülü tekerlekli sandalyelerin parça değişimi için 1 yıl (bir yıl) tamirat için ise 6 ay (altı ay) garanti vermekteyiz. Değişen parça verdiğimiz garanti süresi olan 1 yıldan önce arızalanır ise arızalı parça teknik servisimiz tarafından yenisiyle değiştirilir. Aynı şekilde tamirat sonra yine tamirat yapılan yerden arıza verir ise arıza tekrarlanırsa arıza teknik servisimiz tarafından ücretsiz şekilde yapılır.
