Neden wolexe özel teknik servis?

Bilenlerin bildiği üzere teknik servisimizde her marka akülü sandalye için hizmet vermekteyiz. Ve fakat wollex marka araç kullananların sayısı fazla olduğundan doğal olarak servisimize gelen en fazla markada wollex olmakta. Bizde teknik servisimizde yıllardır hizmet veren ekip üyelerimizden bir kısmına (zaten bildikleri) teknik bilgilere ek olarak sadece wollex marka araçlara özel 3 aylık eğitim vererek bu alanda tam anlamıyla uzmanlaştık. Amaç; sıfır hatayla iş bitirmek.!

Tamirat süreci arızanın tespiti?

Genellikle müşterilerimiz telefonla bizi arayarak arızanın yada ihtiyaç duydukları yedek parça (wollex joystick, wollex akü vb. gibi) hakkında bilgi verirler. Eğer ihtiyaç duyulan şey yedek parça ise stoklarımızda olan hemen olmayanlar için ya yönlendirme yapılır yada temin için 15 gün süre istenir. Yok eğer ihtiyaç duyulan şey wollex marka akülü tekerlekli sandalyenin arızası ise uzman teknik servis elemanlarımız arızaya dair sorular sorarak arızanın muhteviyatını anlamaya çalışır.

Yapılan konuşma sonucu anlaşma sağlanırsa araç teknik servisimize gönderilmek üzere müşteriyle anlaşılır. Yok eğer basit bir arıza ise gerekli yönlendirme ve tarif yapılarak arızanın yerinde kullanıcı yada bir elektrik elektronik uzmanı tarafından giderilmesi istenir.

Tamirat süreci kaç gün sürer?
